The purpose of this section is to provide you with Excalibur Tattoo & Design, LLC's policies regarding requirements and proceedures.

- Excalibur Tattoo & Design, LLCreserves the right to deny service to any person at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to...
- Rude or disorderly behavior
- Intoxication by drugs and/or alcohol
- Inappropriate or hateful subject matter
- Under the legal age of eighteen (18)
- Failure to provide adequate identification
- You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to receive tattoo or piercing services at Excalibur Tattoo & Design, LLC. Valid proof of identification is required at time of appointment. This includes any legally recognized form of
ID that has the following;
- Your name
- Your current photo
- You date of birth
- Parents or Legal Guradians: If you have a minor child who "must have" that tattoo or piercing and fear they may seek out an unregulated shop, please bring them in to Excalibur Tattoo & Design, LLC. If they are at least sixteen (16) years of age and you provide written consent and proof of their age, I will gladly provide them with safe and informed tattooing or piercing services after discussing it with them. I would rather you take this action than allow your child's health to be endangered by a non-professional in an unsanitary environment.
Tattoo Appointment
- A minimum deposit of $100 is required to reserve a timeslot for your tattoo.
- Artwork deposits are transfered when you make a tattoo appointment.
- Desposits taken for appointments are non-refundable under the following conditions.
- Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice
- Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without proper identification or permissions
- Rescheduling inside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment
- Failure to show up a second time without proper notice will result in refusal of future service without full payment up front.
- Desposits taken for appointments are trasferable under the following conditions.
- Rescheduling of appointment with at least two business days' notice
- Inability to travel due to inclement weather on day of appointment
- In case of inclement weather, call to let us know that you cannot make your appointment. A new appointment date must be made within two months of your original appointment.
- Desposits taken for appointments are refundable under the following conditions.
- Cancellation of appointment with at least one weeks' notice
- Inability on the artist to meet your needs
Artwork Commissions
- A minimum deposit of $50 is required for the development of artwork for your tattoo.
- Large or complex designs may require a larger deposit.
- Artwork deposits are defrayed from the cost of your tattoo when an appointment is made.
- Desposits taken for artwork are non-refundable under the following conditions.
- Failure to keep for your scheduled tattoo appointment as mentioned in the "Tattoo Appointment" section above.
- Design change after completion of initial artwork (i.e. Change of mind)
- Cancellation of all appointments after 75% completion of initial artwork (i.e. No longer want it)
- Desposits taken for artwork is trasferable under the following conditions.
- Applied towards your tattoo deposit for the developed artwork
- Desposits taken for appointments are refundable under the following conditions.
- Cancellation of artwork prior to 75% completion of initial artwork
- Inability on the artist to fully meet your needs
